Inorbit Malls launches the ‘Pink Power’ initiative to support women entrepreneurs

Inorbit Malls recently flagged off the unique ‘Pink Power’  an initiative towards the empowerment of women entrepreneurs.
Through this initiative, Inorbit will assist women entrepreneurs to realize their dreams and will also provide them a launch pad for future success.
As part of this initiative, 3 most innovative business ideas from the cities where Inorbit Malls are located viz a viz Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Baroda and Hyderabad will be selected and supported by the brand.
Woman in Indian society are still the ones who consider their families as their priorities and chose to take care of it over their career. Lot of women are deprived of the opportunities to make a mark in professional world. Some of the other reasons maybe lack of proper exposure to the right people in the relevant industry. These are the factors that the ‘Pink Power’ initiative aims at addressing and thus empower the deserving women entrepreneurs.
Inorbit will invite for entries for the ‘Pink Power’ campaign through its website inorbit.in/pinkpower and other platforms like its social media channels and at the mall’s information desk. Entries will be invited from women of all age groups willing to start or expand her business. Inorbit’s expert internal jury will shortlists top 3 ideas depending on criteria like innovation, scalability and future potential. It will also help the prospective participants to connect with national & international brands, opportunity to participate in retail workshops & conferences also to connect with e-commerce platform partner Snapdeal.com by enrolling as a vendor.
The winners will be given an opportunity to put up kiosks in the mall for specified period depending upon the sustainability of the idea. It will be an ongoing initiative which will encourage more participants throughout the year.
