Williamson-Dickie Licenses India Operations to ID Overseas Private Limited

Leading global work wear maker Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with ID Overseas Private Limited, authorizing the use of the company’s flagship Dickies brand portfolio in the design, manufacturing, marketing and sale of licensed products in India, Pakistan, Nepal and Sri Lanka.

The initial licensing agreement is for ten years and allows the work-wear company to more effectively serve customers with a comprehensive, efficient business solution for all possible uniform and work-wear needs.

” Products and services available to customers in the region will encompass the breadth of Dickies brand offerings, including but not limited to: Dickies, Dickies FR (flame-resistant protective clothing), and Dickies footwear. The new licensing agreement allows for a concentrated focus on business growth in the region and provides enhanced distribution network support.
