JP heads the retail vertical at L&T Realty contributing to its evolution into a retail real estate brand as well as a company to reckon with in the Shopping Centre industry. A Class of ’92, IIM – Bangalore pass-out, JP started his retail real estate journey at Inorbit where he front-ended the marketing and research initiatives. He has worked with DLF Retail Developers where he headed the retail division in the western region. His last assignment was with Sheth Developers & Realtors (India) Ltd. where he successfully developed the brand Vivacity and leased out the entire mall. JP is also a keen artist who has won accolades in the fine arts and performing arts faculties.
