“Hands for Help” aims to renovate the domestic housekeeping services by improving service quality while ensuring rights of domestic workers. The target market comprises of bachelor accommodations, middle and upper class working families. The customers could choose from a bundle of services including cooking, cleaning, elderly care and baby-sitting.
We aim to create three specific values for our customers. Reliability: Our staff monitoring and training allows consistent quality and performance within reliable timelines. Continuity: Systematic domestic help services ensure zero interruption in customer’s schedule. And most importantly Safety: Police verification and timely medical checkups of staff will develop trust and ensure safety of customers. With this safety assurance customers will be comfortable allowing our staff to work even in their absence. Assured steady income and regular work generates value for our staff.
