Lighting System manufacturing company Jagwani Projects Pvt. Ltd. (JPPL) launched its first retail outlet through its subsidiary brand LAAJ LIGHT LOUNGE in Kolkata, spread over 2,500 sq.ft., displaying an array of LED lighting products ranging from LED Spot lights, Tube lights, Bulbs, Panel lights, High bay lights, Washer lights, Street lights and so on.
The merchandise is priced between Rs. 75 and Rs. 50,000.
JPPL has been a part of this industry since two and a half decades, headed by G.D Jagwani , L.D. Jagwani and their sons Suniil Jagwani and Anil Jagwani. JPPL has been involved in major projects like the construction of the country’s first Metro system in Kolkata and more. It provides LED lighting systems by catering to the City Streets, Sports fields, Residential as well as Industrial areas.
LED is an environment friendly alternative against the usage of chemical-emitting lights, LEDs saves energy, last longer (50,000 hours approximately) , eco friendly, does not emit harmful chemicals or gases and has a negligible maintenance cost.
JPPL plans to expand its roots through LAAJ LED LIGHTS by opening more outlets in the city and then find its way to the city of Mumbai.
Speaking on the occasion, Sunil Jagwani, said, “LED is the order of the day for a greenerworld and is energy efficient with upto 80% energy saving. This mode of lighting does not emit any sort of gas and thus makes it healthier than the others.”
