The Sereno Spa at the Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa is a serene sanctuary for the senses that offers a range of treatments and programmes to promote wellness, fitness and relaxation. Set in the lush beachfront gardens in the idyllic region of South Goa, the spa offers holistic treatments with a blend of unique therapies inspired by Ayurvedic and yogic traditions.
The holistic Ayurvedic experience is complete with a first-of-its-kind traditional steam bath, Sarvanga Vashpa and Swedan Yantra. Sereno Spa offers touch therapies like Marma Energy Zone massage, skin-refining treatments, replenishing body wraps, holistic facial therapies and marine facial therapies. Yoga Asanas and Pranayam under the guidance of expert yoga masters also form an integral part of the wellness offerings at the spa.
The spa features single and double treatment suites, outdoor therapy pavilions, separate male and female sauna and steam rooms, a beauty salon, a fitness centre, and an aerobics and yoga studio. The elegantly designed nine indoor treatment suites, along with outdoor therapy spaces are arranged around the Courtyard of Tranquility.

The Stress Management Programme focuses primarily on implementing various mind and body balance techniques, while the Integrated Wellness Programme combines lifestyle assistance with advice on natural self-care techniques, organic nutrition concepts and fitness options.

The comprehensive menu of the spa features a complete range of Ayurvedic treatments – from Pita Abhyanga (deep tissue technique for muscle relaxation) to Kapha Abhyanga (stimulates cells, removes dullness and helps tone the body). Kalpa Moksha (back and scalp massage therapy) and Pada Abhyanga (acupressure foot and leg therapy) are some of the other noteworthy treatments.
The signature treatments at Sereno Spa include the Marine Experience, which uses seaweed and mineral-based luxury products. Mithun is a couple’s spa experience that includes a soothing welcome ritual, followed by a detoxifying and re-mineralising marine wrap.
