Mumbai-based restaurant chain, Puranmal, known for its ethnic Indian sweets and savouries (vegetarian) has come out with authentic fusion mithai (sweets) for this New Year. The new fusion sweets are made with combination of natural traditional ingredients such as mava, nuts, dryfruits, coconut, kesar, milk, kalakand. Apart frontraditional Indian sweets, there are`Western preparations like White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, and biscuits.
Some of the popular offerings include, Choco Royal which is a ball of chocolate flavoured kaju stuffed with dry fruits garnished with chocolate verama. Choco Marrie, a mixture of keser mawa, and hariyali mawa, which is rolled in the dust of marrie and desicated coconut. Chocolate Lollypop, a mawa mithai dipped in chocolate. Tuton chocolate, whch is a combination of white and dark chocolate. Choco Coco is a combination of coconut, mawa and white chocolate. Oeuff noel, a kesar kaju stuffing coated with white chocolate. Twinkle Star, a pure mawa mithai with chopped cashewnuts and almonds coated with white chocolate. Choco heart, a mixture of cashewnut and coated with dark chocolate.
Puranmal Restaurant is present at six locations in Mumbai, Andheri (Lokhandwala), Juhu (near Mithibai College), RCity Mall (Ghatkopar) and Mulund. Besides, it is also present at Mumbai – Pune highway, Khopoli (Food Hub ) and Law Garden at Ahmedabad.
