Department store chain Shoppers Stop has opened its seventh store in Bangalore at Inorbit mall, Whitefield. This is the retailer’s 53rd store in the country. Spread over 28,000 sq.ft. across two levels, the new outlet stocks categories such as apparel, cosmetics and fragrances, personal accessories, toys, jewellery, maternity and childcare products, and home decor.
Speaking on the occasion, Govind Shrikhande – Customer Care Associate & Managing Director, Shoppers Stop, said: “We have received an overwhelming response from over 3 lakh loyal customers in Bangalore and this has encouraged us to extend our presence in the city. Whitefield is a great location given its IT environment and youthful populace. We are positive that this new store holds great potential and will be the ultimate fashion destination for the surrounding catchments.”
Some of the brands present in the store include US Polo, United Colors of Benetton, Mustang Jeans, Arrow New York, and LP Sports. The new store also offers merchandise across categories under its exclusive brands Stop, Kashish, Life, Haute Curry, Elliza Donatein, inSense’, iJeanswear, Mario Zegnoti, and Vettorio Fratini amongst others.
Shoppers Stop currently has 53 stores in 23 cities across India.
