Gessi Italy, luxury showers and faucets manufacturer, has opened its first monobrand store in India at Versova, Andheri (West), Mumbai. The showroom spreads over 1,000 sq.ft. The company also plans to open outlets in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Delhi with an investment of Rs 60-70 lakh per store. The stores will be owned and operated on a franchise model.
Speaking on the occasion, Luca Poletto, Managing Director, Gessi SpA, said: “Our idea behind the new Gessi monobrand store was to showcase a beautiful collection of Gessi products under one roof. The showroom in the heart of western suburbs of Mumbai has been designed on international standards and gives a feel of true Italian design and ambience. The customer will feel the warmth of live personal wellness products from Gessi in this beautiful space.”
The showroom has a live area created around a water body to give the customers the look-and-feel of the products before any purchase. Gessi has been designing and producing luxury bathroom and kitchen products for over 20 years.
