Denim brand ‘Gas’ targets Rs 15 cr revenue from India by 2012

Italy-based denim brand ‘Gas’ is targeting a revenue of Rs 15 crore from India by 2012. It recently opened its fourth store in the country at Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana spreading over 990 sq.ft.

The other three stores of the brand are in New Delhi, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad. GAS also aims to open 12 more retail stores in the next three years.

‘Gas’ will open another store in Pune by the end of 2011 at Jewel Square mall.

With the company In addition to its stand-alone stores, the brand is also available at 19 shop-in-shops such as Shoppers Stop in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai and at Kapsons in Delhi, Ludhiana, Patiala, Chandigarh, Jalandhar, and Jammu.
