Indian menswear brand Manyavar makes international debut

Manyavar, Indian menswear brand from the house of Vedant Fashions, has recently opened its international store at Meena Bazaar, Dubai. Spread over 1,500 sq.ft., the franchisee rights of the store are with Kothari Trading.

Commenting on the response received for the store, Mohit Tikmany, CEO, Vedant Fashions, said: "We have very high expectations from the store, as 75 percent of the Dubai population consists of Indians. It’s been a week now and the results are three times more than expected. Dubai is a very popular tourist destination and people across the globe visit this place, it is the buying hub for the Muslim countries."

Tikmany further added, “As far as our national expansion plans are concerned, we want to open more flagship stores in all the metro cities, to increase our presence from 60 to 100 cities and to reach the count of 250 EBOs in the next one year from the present 150 EBOs. Our international expansion plans are massive. After entering Dubai we want to cover all the cities in UAE, namely, Sarjah, Abu Dhabi, and many more."

Manyavar also plans to open 4 outlets in Bangladesh followed by more store openings in Sri Lanka, Nepal, USA, and the UK.
