Crusoe, an inner wear brand from Jagannath Textile Company Limited, plans to open 100 stores in the next five years in India. The company recently opened its standalone store spreading over 600 sq. ft. for men’s innerwear in Kolkata City Center 2. It is the second showroom of the brand, the first being located in Coimbatore spread across 1,750 sq. ft.
“Crusoe with its unique designs and styles fills in a gap in the market of branded innerwear with a theme of adventure which was created keeping in mind the target audience of 16 and above. We have seen the popularity of the brand grow immensely since we opened our first store and have plans to open 100 stores in the next 5 years. Crusoe Exclusive Brand Outlets are done on international lines and international standards. This will set Crusoe as an international brand in times to come,” said Ramesh Kumar Tibrewal, MD, Jagannath Textile Company.
The company has drawn aggressive expansion plans Pan India with the roll out of such E.B.Os across cities like Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Pune, Chandigarh in the next financial year.
