    , Managing Director and Country Head of cinema chain Cinepolis India, has received the “CEO with HR Orientation” award by the non-profit Asia Pacific HRM Congress.

    Speaking at the award ceremony held in Bengaluru on September 2, 2011, Saini said: “Human capital is the most important asset of an organization. This award recognizes Cinépolis’ commitment to its employees and its rich, people- centric work culture. Each employee at every level has the potential to create significant value for the business. As leaders, it is our responsibility to inspire, motivate and empower each employee to reach their full potential.”

    The winners of the “CEO with HR Orientation” award are selected by a global research cell consisting of professionals from different parts of Asia. The nominees are evaluated on the basis of their internal perception within the organization, the external perception in their industry’s ecosystem, their achievements and value contribution to the business and their career track record. Values, integrity and work-life balance are essential competencies for the winners.
