Vivacity Mall initiates fit-outs with Shoppers Stop

Vivacity Mall, Thane, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sheth Developers & Realtors, has commenced its fit-outs with Shopper Stop – a retail arm of the K Raheja Group. The store is spread over 65,000 sq.ft. across the ground floor and the first floor of the mall.

Commenting on the fit-outs, JP Biswas, vice president, marketing & leasing, said,“The construction work is progressing as planned, with several key milestones already achieved. Apart from the completion of the structure, it gives us immense delight to announce the commencement of the fit-outs of Shoppers Stop at the Vivacity Mall. Having already leased majority of the mall, this marks a major step in the landmark development”.

Vivacity is spread over an area of 1 million sq.ft. and claims to be one of the largest malls in the country. With a great combination of shopping experience, movies and entertainment, the development promises to offer its shoppers a wide range of options to choose from..
