R Madhusudhan, a mall operations expert with over 28 years of experience in retail and hospitality, has joined Beyond Squarefeet Advisory Pvt Ltd as head of the mall management vertical.
Prior to joining Beyond Squarefeet, Madhusudhan served one of the world’s biggest mall developers, Majid Al Futtaim Group in the UAE, heading their Mall of Emirates & Deira City Centre in various capacities for over 11 years. During his tenure at the malls in Dubai, he was instrumental in innovating various management techniques in facility management, security, manpower management, sustainability and disaster management.
Madhusudhan also has a rich experience in the hospitality sector, having served the prestigious Taj Group of Hotels for over 17 years.
