Amazon bagged the ‘Retailer of the Year’ award at Oracle World Retail Awards 2010. The awards were presented on the concluding day of the World Retail Congress, which was held from October 25-27, 2010 in Berlin. The Congress, organised by Emap Communications, was attended by 1,149 retailers and senior industry executives from across 56 countries.
