Parlux Fragrances’ $20 million credit facility deal with Ge Capital

The leading manufacturer and distributor of prestige products, Parlux Fragrances, announced an agreement with Ge Capital Corporate Finance (GE Capital) for a two year $20 million credit facility. The company can use this credit facility for generic working capital needs, including new licenses and to meet the seasonal requirements. “GE capital is an outstanding financial organization and we are pleased by their confidence. Although we are currently in excess of $10 million in cash and no bank debt, the availability of this facility provides addition support to fund planned growth,” says Frederick E Purches, Chairman and CEO, Parlux Fragrances.
