Vision Express adds two stores

One of the largest optical retail chains of Europe, Vision Express, which has 50-50 joint venture between Reliance Retail and Pearle Europe in India, has launched one store each in in Ahmedabad and Bangalore. The 831 sq.ft Ahmedabad store is located at Iscon Mall while the Bagalore store, spread over 1,000 sq.ft, is located at HSR Layout.

Guillame Brouwet, CEO, Vision Express said, “The launch of these stores is an extension of our aggressive retail roll-out strategy, which has helped us expand at this great pace within a very short period of time. We are delighted to extend the international and superior shopping experience of Vision Express to Indian customers.”

Tapping total 18 cities in India, the brand now has a total of 47 stores in cities such as Hyderabad, Pune, Vishakapatnam, Vijaywada, Thane, Vadodara, DelhiNCR, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Bangalore, Chennai, Mysore, Mangalore and Ahmedabad covering the total retail space of around 42-43,000 square feet.
