    Packaged food maker India has appointed Antonio Helio Waszyk as the new Chairman and Managing Director of the company with effect from October 1, 2009.

    Antonio Helio Waszyk has taken over as the new chairman and managing director of Nestle Group. Prior to this, he was heading the Strategic Business Unit (GSBU) for foods at Nestle Unit.
