The Loot hits century in Karnataka

The Loot, the multi-brand discount fashion chain, has added another feather to its cap by successfully opening its 100th franchised store of 1,086 square feet in Bellary in Karnataka.

On this occasion Jay Gupta, MD, The Loot said, “Being a mass brand we want to make sure that we are available for everyone across the country. We work with a team that makes realistic plans and achieves them in the planned timeframe.”

The Loot has adopted the franchise model to target consumers on a wider range in order to make it a mass brand. Currently, it is present in over 75 cities across India and has over 140 stores to its credit. The company plans to have 200 stores in operation by March 2010.
