Indostyle plans expansion

Indostyle, a fashion accessories brand from Kolkata-based export house — Artdeco Collection Pvt Ltd, is all set to expand its footprint across India.

The company plans to set up five new company-owned exclusive outlets with an average store size of 1,000 sq.ft by 2010. Two of its EBOs will open at Axis Mall in Kolkata and Riverside Mall in Howrah respectively, while the location for other three stores is yet to be decided. The stores in malls, on rental basis, have been set up with an investment of Rs.70 lakh per store.

Indostyle was launched in January last year and currently has two EBOs and eight MBOs in prime retail areas across West Bengal and the North East, including its flagship store at the South City Mall in Kolkata. The company will also follow franchisee route to open in malls and high-streets across the country.

The brand offers a wide variety of handbags, evening bags, purses, wallets, belts, office products and gift items with six-month warranty.
