The Loot has been a part of the trial phase of TCS’s SME vertical roll out for the Retail sector. TCS will provide The Loot with necessary hardware (desktops and laptops), network (bandwidth and equipment), common office related software, common business package (finance, accounting, CRM, HR, payroll) along with the new relevant connections with the company’s diverse requirements.

The application includes solutions on inventory management, point of sales, and other applications which are usually part of an ERP solution. In addition, TCS will also provide business analytics solution and the necessary BPO support to The Loot.

Jay Gupta, MD, The Loot says, “The need of the hour was to have a robust transaction management system and a wide platform to run the operations. We were looking for a solution that would bring all of our businesses and processes together and finally we have tied up with TCS.”
