Forum Value mall opens at Whitefield, Bengaluru

Prestige Group promoted Forum Value mall, which is believed to be India’s first mall that houses a number of major brands in factory outlet format, finally opens its door for shoppers. The mall spreads around 3 lakh square feet of retail space and is located at Whitefield in Bengaluru.

Speaking to IndiaRetailing, S Raghunandan, CEO, Retail, Prestige Group, said, “This is the first mall in India that houses all major brands selling their products through factory outlets.”

“Our prime anchor store Megamart, which is an Arvind Brand venture, is in place and in the next couple of days, Fame Cineplex and Transit Food court will be operational in the mall,” added Raghunandan.

The company is also developing Forum Malls in cities including Chennai, Hyderabad, Cochin, Mysore and Mangalore.
