Trent Ltd, which operates Westside store, Star Bazaar and Fashion Yatra store, has reopened its Westside store at Infiniti Mall in Andheri, Mumbai. With effect from October 6, 2008, the company had temporarily closed down the store due to fire in the mall. However, the company said in a statement to Bombay Stock Exchange that all assets of the store including inventories were fully insured. Further, the company has lodged a claim with the insurance company which is being processed.
Trent currently operates 36 Westside stores across India with a total number of 42 stores under various formats.
