With an effort to expand its business operations in India, automotive components manufacturer, Bosch plans to launch 100 Bosch system specialty showrooms (BSS) in the next two years, according to a top company official.
Commenting on the development, Vijay Pandey, country head, BSS said, “The shortlisted authorised dealers would be investing upto Rs 3 million for the BSS exclusive outlets depending upon the showroom size.”
BSS would offer more than 150 types of power tool products and also ensure a good service after sales. It plans to set up 12 BSS outlets in south India alone. “We are also planning to establish BSS outlets in tier-II cities of the country by 2010,” concluded Pandey.
