Haldi opens outlet in Hyderabad

Haldi, a contemporary Indian restaurant chain has extended its reach to Hyderabad opening an outlet at city’s one of the luxury hotels ‘Novotel Hyderabad Airport’. It aims to offer ethnic India culinary delight to its customer from select destinations of India, said a company press release.

Speaking on the store launch, Srinivas Srirangam, chief executive, Haldi, said, “Food at Haldi is delicious and one can see the passion for cooking in it. We have designed the menu to bring out the best from the Indian kitchen. We also mention the nutritional elements of all our dishes to help the guest with special dietary requirements.”

It also offers cocktails made out of gold rum, mango pulp and red chilly oil as a signature drink and other Australian and Californian wines, besides an array of premium single malts and finest deluxe whiskies, added the release.
