Planet M to refresh brand through participatory events

Planet M, one of India’s largest entertainment and lifestyle retail chains, has announced that it will host a series of participatory events countrywide soon to refresh its brand image.

According to the company source, these 45-day long events will start from 12 September 2008 and include activities like Treasure Hunt, Snap-n- Share, Sing Tone, Karaoke and a gaming championship.

Announcing this plan, Subir Ghosh, chief executive officer, Planet M, told media: “These events will help Planet M to revive its position and emerge as a young and live brand .”

Planet M is currently operational in 250 locations across India with 50 flagship stores, 25 super stores and 175 neighbourhood stores.
