According to the company, the emerging trends in customer relationship management (CRM) generated through phone, email and SMS can increase customer loyalty and thus help Indian retailers do considerable business in the market.
Discussing ways by which the company’s services can help Indian retailers in their business, Sanjay Kumar, chief executive officer, vCustomer Corporation India, told Indiaretailing: “We are offering these services especially. All of these solutions and services are designed to increase customer loyalty and customer spends.”
The company is believed to be in talks with several Indian retailers. Confirming this, Kumar said: “We are in talks with almost 20 large and small operational retail chains. Many of these chains are looking for solutions to address customers’ needs.”
The company has built a multi-channel CRM solution that tracks and analyses customers and their behaviour through the life cycle of the purchase.
