“We are developing malls under the brand name of City Centre in the east, while for the western region, malls called Bioscope Malls are planned. We want to have a pan India presence by developing malls and retail outlets in almost all small cities in the country,” Vivek Rathore, senior architect, Ambuja Realty informed Indiaretailing.

The eastern cities including Siliguri, Raipur, Silchar, Haldia will soon see malls under the brand name City Centre as the company plans to finish the projects within the next two years, while Bioscope Malls will be developed in western cities including Rajasthan, Ajmer and Chandigarh.

Discussing the models, Rathore said, “The malls in the eastern region will have a multiplexe, a store, while the company is in talks with apparel brands including , Van Huesen, and Duke.”
