For the first time in India, a retail knowledge-building seminar series, ‘Get Ready for Wal-Mart: How to thrive in the new global retail scene!’, will be organised by RAMMS, one of the leading end-to-end retail consultancy providers.
The focus of the seminar is to provide an opportunity to understand the business process of the largest retailer in the world. A one-day seminar will be conducted in Mumbai, New Delhi and Bengaluru on November 19, 21 and 23, respectively.
The seminar series will also focus on the new initiative of “Private Branding: The New power in Retail”.

The speakers include John Williams, John Torella, senior partners, JC Williams Group and R Kannan, who will cover topics like Wal-Mart culture, financials, operations, technology and logistics, supplier relations, real estate merchandising and brands, advertising and e-commerce.
