On September 6, 2007, at India Retail Forum (IRF) in Mumbai, Ian Duffy, member, Group Management, and retail manager, Asia Pacific, IKEA, will share IKEA’s vision, business idea and contribution to the everyday life of people in all countries where IKEA is present.

For more than 60 years, IKEA has worked to create a better everyday life for many people. This is about constantly trying to do everything a little better, a little simpler, and even more efficiently.

In 2006 the IKEA Group sales grew by 17 per cent to 17.3 billion euros and 16 new IKEA stores opened worldwide, taking the total to 237 by August 2006.

India Retail Forum represents a congregation of leading retail brands, companies and minds from across the globe, from diverse retail-related verticals – from retail real estate, and design and architecture, to visual merchandising, retail support, and technology.
