Bhoruka Group to invest Rs 250 crore in IT Park

Bhoruka Park Pvt Ltd, part of Bhoruka Group, announced the launch of an IT Park project – Bhoruka Park – in Whitefield, Bangalore. The 1.3 million square feet project, likely to be completed by 2008, carries an investment of Rs 250 crore. The first phase, with investment of Rs 100 crore, will be completed by July 2007, while the remaining two phases will be over by September 2008.

Sharing details about the project, Siddhartha Agarwal, director, Bhoruka Park Pvt. Ltd, said, “We have partnered with RSP Architects, Shapoorji Pallonji, ABB, Clivet, Firepro, Stering and Wilson, Chowrasia, ETA, Mitsubishi Elevators, Kesar Aluminium, Siteconcepts, and GFS, to name a few. They will be working with us to deliver the IT Park.”

Keeping in mind the occupancy, a multi-level car park with capacity for 1,500 cars has been planned. Another special feature of the park will be a five-star hotel.
