Cartridge World expands retail network in Mumbai

Must Read

Cartridge World, the world’s largest retailer of printer cartridge refilling services, has opened two new stores in Andheri and Malad in Mumbai.

Speaking on the occasion, Naveen Rakhecha, CEO, Cartridge World – South Asia, said, “Our stores have received extremely good response in India. We started our first store in November 2006 and in this short time, window customers have acknowledged us as a service provider who delivers good value to them. With these two new stores in Mumbai, our footprint has now increased to 4 stores in the city and a total of 6 in the country. Soon we will open a few more stores in the city and in other parts of India.”

Rakhecha added, “Currently, the consumers have little or no choice between high-priced OEM cartridges and the cheaper but inferior quality compatibles available. There is a distinct need for ‘OEM quality – affordable price’ option. With its world-class technology and quality of products and service, Cartridge World definitely addresses this need gap. Added to this, our 100-per-cent money-back guarantee ensures that our customers are fully satisfied.”

Cartridge World is targeting to open over 20 Cartridge World stores in the first year of operation and establish 250 stores by 2010.

Founded in South Australia in 1997, Cartridge World’s over 1,500 locations worldwide deal in original manufacturer cartridges for inkjet printers, laser printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as additional supplies for fax machines and copiers. AFL Pvt. Ltd, the leading logistics, cargo and courier company, is the master franchisee for Cartridge World in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Maldives.
