    APPL will have a paid-up capital of Rs 175 crore. The will hold 33-35 per cent stake, while International Finance Corporation () and Infrastructure Leasing & Finance Services (ILFS) will hold 29 per cent stakes each. Another 12 per cent will be held by Globally Managed Services, with the balance 13-15 per cent to be collectively held by the 26,000-odd workers of Tata Tea.
